Carnival weekend is HERE – Excited much!!
But let’s quit wasting words and get down to business – here is everything you need to know (deep breath people):
Saturday 08 July
Kicking off at 12 noon is the Carnival Parade, lead by Olney Brass (and Carni Croc). 41 floats will take to the streets from Blakelands, down Newport Pagnell High Street and over to Riverside Meadow. This year’s theme is travel and transport so grab a road-side seat and cheer everyone along!
The fun continues on Riverside Meadow with main arena entertainment including the Devil’s Horsemen Wild Wild West Stunt Show (14:00 and 16:00), dance shows (14:50) and Parade Trophies (15:40). The live music stage will be showcasing local talents alongside Isabelle and The Bighead. We’ve also got a climbing wall, live wrestling, ponies, archery, stalls, beer tent, food vans, funfair rides, a microlight, and inflatables) – you want it, we’ve got it – including a wheelbarrow full of prizes (be sure to visit the Carnival Info tent for raffle tickets)!
Entry is £2 adults, £1 children / OAPs and free for under fives.
Sunday 09 July
